Where is April?

April Beth Pitzer was last seen in the vicinity of the 30000 block of Caspian Way in Newberry Springs, CA. She told her roommate that she was leaving on a bus to visit her mother in Arkansas, but never arrived. April had been a model for a variety of clothing stores in Arkansas and Texas. She left behind two young daughters, whom she doted upon.

In December 2005, clothing was found in a mineshaft in Ludlow, California. In January 2006, April's mother positively identified the clothing as belonging to her daughter. There was no other sign of April at the scene. April has a medical condition and requires medication.

Kristen Modafferi, from Charlotte, NC, arrived in the Bay area on her 18th birthday, June 1, 1997, to attend a summer class at UC Berkeley. She was last seen leaving her place of employment, Spinelli's Coffee Shop, in the Crocker Galleria, downtown San Francisco about 3:00 pm Monday, June 23, 1997. She reportedly intended to visit the Land's End Beach area of San Francisco that afternoon and then return to her Oakland residence. She regularly used public transportation and traveled by Bart to and from the East Bay. Megan disappeared on October 13, 2007 with no trace.

Last seen with KENTON DOW, a 19 year old boy, also known as "Kenny" from California.

Megan is 17 years old, about 5 feet tall, light skinned, long wavy black hair with lighter brown roots.

Last seen wearing a long green trenchcoat and black baseball cap. Black clothing & Converse sneakers or boots, with a denim backback.

Megan has some very serious mental and emotional problems, and has not been taking medication prescribed to her. Kenton Dow was recently in a psychiatric unit, could be diabetic and may be dangerous. There have been some reports that he wanted to "kidnap someone" and Megan may be held against her will.

Megan may be heading to Vermont according to this article:

ENOSBURG/MORRIS, CONN.: A 17-year-old Connecticut girl who has been missing since Saturday, Oct. 13, could be in or headed to Enosburg, according to her mother.

Megan Roberts, who has been living with her mother, Linda Richardson, in Morris, Conn., never showed up for work at a grocery store in Litchfield, Conn., and she hasn’t been heard from since.

“I’m really scared because I haven’t heard from her,” Richardson said Tuesday from her Connecticut home.

Megan is described as 5’1”, 100 pounds, with long, wavy, black hair with blonde roots. She may be wearing a long, green Army-issue trenchcoat and a black baseball cap, as well as a black half-of-a-heart necklace that reads “BEST FRI.”

Richardson believes her daughter struck out for a family camp in Enosburg Falls, owned by Richardson’s father.

“My map to Vermont is missing. I went to look for it, and I couldn’t find it,” she said. “We have gone up there for many years to visit. It’s an area she knows, and she would feel safe there.”
