Rebecca Leigh Mullins has been missing since September 21, 2007 from Bay City MI she is a resident of Brookwood adult foster care home at 909 Murphy St. in Bay City MI.
Becky is 57 years old, 4 Foot 8 inches tall and 135 lbs. with gray hair and brown eyes. She in mentally challenged and functions at a six year old level. She speaks like an adult, cannot pronounce her K’s and C’s they sound like T’s. After you talk with her for a few minutes you can figure out something is wrong with her. She walks with a slight limp and her left hand is mildly deformed. Becky needs assistance with her personal needs.
Beckey has a long history of running away and has done this since she was six years old. We have always found her within 2-3 hours, the longest she has been gone was 1 and a half days on one elopement attempt. Becky likes to hitchhike for rides and is very friendly with everyone.
